URC at MultiFamilyPoint 2026: Recap
The Power of Partnership

MultiFamilyPoint is not a trade show. There is no booth, no badge scanning, no passing out cards to people who are not really listening. It is an invite-only hosted buyer event where every meeting is pre-matched, every person in the room has already raised their hand for what you do, and the clock on the wall means something.
URC was there September 27 to 30 at the Omni Amelia Island Resort in Fernandina Beach, Florida. Amy Stafford, Jessica Wood, and Greg Hoffman ran three boardroom presentations, each with seven to nine multifamily executives, and seven one-on-one sessions across the four days. The people across the table were decision-makers for construction, renovation, procurement, design, and facilities at some of the most active institutional operators in the country, including AvalonBay, Bozzuto, Gables Residential, RPM Living, Alliance Residential, and others.
Most vendors in the room represented a single trade. A roofing company. A paint contractor. An exterior specialist. URC handles all of it, interiors included, through one company and one point of contact. In a room full of people who have spent years coordinating between multiple contractors, that is a different kind of conversation.
Twenty minutes is not a lot of time to tell a story. But when the audience has already opted into your category and you have a track record that includes 25,000 units renovated and clients like Greystar, Equity Residential, The Irvine Company, and UDR, the conversation moves fast.
We came back from Amelia Island with new relationships, a clearer picture of what the market is looking for in 2027, and a handful of conversations we are actively following up on. If we met you there, expect to hear from us. If we did not get a chance to connect, the door is open.
