Highlights include common area and guest room custom casework, courtyard hardscape and landscaping upgrades, and structural rework of the lobby to include retail, food and beverage, and lounge areas.

284 units at Hornet Commons, a student housing complex for Sacramento State University we installed new venting systems in all units with minimal disruption to students and all before the start of the fall semester. Along with exterior stucco repair and repainting 6 buildings.
