At URC, giving back is not a program. It is part of how we show up, the same way we show up on every job site: with our hands, our time, and a genuine commitment to the people around us.

Why It Matters to Us

Construction is a community business. The properties we renovate are where people live, study, recover, and build their lives. The least we can do is invest in the communities that surround that work with the same intention we bring to the work itself.



Our team participates in charitable events, sponsors causes our clients and partners care about, and finds ways to put our skills to use beyond the job site. The organizations below represent the causes we supported in 2025. We are proud of every one of them.

Veterans, children, families navigating medical crises, foster youth: these are causes our people care about personally, and we are proud to show up for them the same way we show up for our clients.
