Where We Work
Built in the West. Expanding Nationwide.
URC has spent more than two decades building institutional credibility in the markets where multi-unit renovation demand is highest. Our current footprint spans the Western United States, and we are actively expanding into new markets through existing client relationships, bringing the same team, the same process, and the same standard to every market we enter.
-Active Markets
Where We Have the Track Record
URC has active operations, established subcontractor networks, and completed project history across the following markets. These are not markets we service occasionally. They are markets where we have built the local infrastructure to execute at scale.
California
Our largest and most established market. URC has completed projects across Northern California, Southern California, and the Central Coast, working with institutional operators on full property repositionings, multifamily interior and exterior programs, and student housing renovations.
Washington
Active operations across the Pacific Northwest, with completed projects for multifamily and mixed-use assets.
Oregon
Established presence with completed multifamily interior and exterior work.
Colorado
Active market with project history across the Front Range.
Nevada
Completed projects in the Las Vegas and Reno markets.
Utah
Project experience including the award-winning Field Station hospitality repositioning in Moab.
Arizona
Active operations with completed multifamily work across the Phoenix metro.
-Expansion Markets
Where We Are Going Next
URC is actively entering new markets through existing institutional client relationships. We do not open offices or hire large regional teams before the work is committed. Each new market is entered through a proven client, piloted with senior URC leadership deployed directly, and scaled only once repeatable execution is validated.
The following markets are either active in early-stage engagement or targeted for entry in 2026.
Texas
High-density multifamily housing stock, strong institutional ownership concentration, and renovation demand that holds independent of new construction cycles. URC is actively building relationships in the Dallas, Houston, and Austin markets.
Florida
One of the highest-growth multifamily markets in the country. URC is engaging existing institutional client relationships to establish a presence in the Southeast Florida and Tampa Bay corridors.
Georgia
Atlanta's multifamily market continues to attract significant institutional investment and renovation activity. URC is in early-stage engagement with existing clients operating in the market.
Tennessee
Atlanta's multifamily market continues to attract significant institutional investment and renovation activity. URC is in early-stage engagement with existing clients operating in the market.
-The Expansion Model
How We Enter a New Market
Every market URC has entered successfully followed the same model. We start with an existing client relationship. We deploy senior leadership directly for the first project. We validate the local subcontractor base before committing volume. And we scale only once execution meets the standard our institutional clients expect.
That approach takes longer than simply showing up somewhere new. It is also why the clients who have followed URC into new markets keep coming back.
Three phases. Every time.
Phase 1: Market Entry, months 0 to 12: Anchor client secured. Pilot project executed. Local subcontractor base qualified.
Phase 2: Market Establishment, months 12 to 24: Local project management hires made. Regional subcontractor network built. Repeat work patterns established.
Phase 3: Market Scaling, months 24 to 36: Local infrastructure opened. Full regional team deployed. Market fully integrated into URC's operating systems.
