Executive Leadership

owner

Joseph Dore

Joseph Dore has spent 25 years in the multifamily sector, and the scope of that experience is directly relevant to what URC is building. He has overseen the renovation of more than 25,000 units and managed more than $900 million in capital across major markets throughout the United States.

Before founding URC, Joseph served as National Managing Director of Capital Projects at Greystar, the largest property management company in the country. In that role, he was responsible for capital project strategy and execution at national scale, which means he has sat on the client side of the exact relationships URC is now building. He understands how institutional operators evaluate renovation partners, what they expect from a contractor at scale, and where most contractors fall short.

That perspective shapes how URC operates. The company's emphasis on transparency, cycle-time accountability, and single-point project management reflects a founder who has experienced the consequences of contractors who do not deliver on those things. Joseph's institutional network is also one of URC's most significant competitive assets. The relationships he built at Greystar and across the industry are the foundation of the institutional client base the company has today.

Vice President

Amy Stafford

Amy Stafford has worked in the construction industry for more than a decade, with a focus on the operational and financial infrastructure that allows a growing contractor to perform consistently at scale. Her work sits at the intersection of strategic planning, financial oversight, and organizational culture, which are exactly the disciplines URC is investing in as it formalizes its operating platform.

As Vice President, Amy is responsible for the internal systems, planning processes, and client relationship infrastructure that support project delivery. Her financial acumen directly supports URC's work on margin improvement, billing velocity, and the working capital discipline that underpins the growth plan. Her emphasis on culture and team development is also reflected in URC's internal promotion track record, including nine promotions from within in 2025 alone.

Director of Operations

Jessica Wood

Jessica Wood has spent more than a decade in construction operations, and her work at URC has been focused on the specific operational improvements that the growth plan depends on: estimating discipline, project coordination, and purchasing efficiency.

As Director of Operations, Jessica has led changes in how URC estimates and prices work, how projects are coordinated across trades, and how purchasing is managed across the subcontractor and vendor base. Those improvements have contributed directly to the margin progression the company demonstrated from 2024 to 2025. Her attention to personnel development has also been a meaningful factor in URC's ability to promote from within and retain the field leadership that institutional clients rely on.

Controller & Senior Accountant

Ankit "Andy" Gajipara, E.A.

Andy Gajipara, a seasoned financial expert, serves as the Controller at URC. With a career dedicated to mastering the intricacies of finance and a relentless commitment to precision, Andy has become an invaluable asset to URC.

Andy’s journey in finance began with his role as an Enrolled Agent, a distinguished qualification that highlights his expertise in tax matters. He has since leveraged his extensive experience in bookkeeping to bring his talents to URC in 2020, marking a pivotal moment in the company’s financial management.

At URC, Andy’s mastery in numbers comes to the forefront. His proficiency in cash flow management and financial forecasting has ushered in an era of financial stability and growth. Under his watchful eye, URC has navigated complex financial landscapes with confidence, allowing the company to make informed decisions and strategic investments.

In the dynamic world of construction, Andy Gajipara stands as a pillar of financial strength and expertise. His impact on URC’s financial success is immeasurable, making him an essential figure in the company’s journey toward continued growth and prosperity.

National Director of Business Development

Trey Vanlandingham

Trey Vanlandingham brings more than a decade of experience building and scaling high-performing sales organizations in the residential and commercial construction space. Before joining URC, he founded and grew a company from startup to a 23-location, multi-state operation generating $58M in annual revenue before a successful private equity exit. That experience, building enterprise-level sales infrastructure from the ground up, managing territory expansion, and developing the teams that sustain growth at scale, is precisely what URC's national expansion requires.

Trey joined URC to build and lead the national business development function, one of the most significant structural investments in this plan. His hire formalizes the shift from relationship-dependent growth to a pipeline-driven model. He brings deep expertise in roofing and exterior services alongside a proven ability to open new markets, win institutional relationships, and create the long-term business value that programmatic contracts produce over time.
