Since 2020, URC has partnered with Park Kiely Apartments to lead a comprehensive, multi-year transformation of this landmark San Jose community. The property spans more than 944 units, along with extensive shared amenities and outdoor spaces. Our role has been to manage renovations, conversions, and new construction across the entire property – ensuring the investment continues to perform while elevating the resident experience.
Amenity Upgrades
Converted a 1/3 acre pond into a children’s splash pad, park, and nature trails.
Transformed existing tennis court into a modern play area
